DFW Christ Fellowship · Last updated April 27, 2026

DFW Christ Fellowship (“DFW CF”, “we”, “us”) runs a website at dfwcf.org and a mobile app (the “DFW Christ Fellowship” iOS app). This page explains in plain English what information we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.

The short version: We collect only what you give us. We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers. Your contact information stays inside our church and the small set of services that help us run it (database hosting, email delivery). You can email us at any time and we will delete your data.

1. What we collect

If you fill out the welcome form (dfwcf.org/welcome)

If you sign in to the mobile app

2. How we use what we collect

3. Where your data lives

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the platform. Each one is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.

4. Children

The mobile app and website are intended for people 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Family members listed on the welcome form (including children) are used only for in-person ministry coordination and are not used for advertising or shared outside the church.

5. Your rights

6. Security

We use HTTPS for all traffic between your device and our servers, Row Level Security in our database so only the right people can see sensitive records, and a small set of staff who have access to contact information. We don’t store passwords — sign-in is handled by Apple, Google, or one-time email codes.

7. Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page and post a notice in the app and on the website. The date at the top of this policy will reflect the most recent change.

8. Contact

Questions, requests, or concerns? Email welcome@dfwcf.org. We read every message and reply within a few business days.
